🇷🇺Работа фотографа на 80% сидячая. Это обработка снимков за компьютером, обучение и т.д. От этого спина горбиться, мучают остеохондрозы и другие недуги. Фотооборудование весит достаточно много, так что страдают мышцы спины, шеи и плечевого пояса. Если вы снимаете репортажи, то вам придется двигаться в два раза больше, чем всем остальным, чтобы сделать верный кадр с нужного ракурса. Вы всегда должны быть полны энергией, чтобы зажечь вашим энтузиазмом людей, которых снимаете. Поэтому постарайтесь ввести в ваш режим дня обязательные 20 минут интенсивной физической нагрузки + 10 минут упражнений на мышцы спины и верхний плечевой пояс.
