Serenay Sarikaya's breasts are an example of why I dislike round implants, especially those with a smooth surface.

After examining photos of the well-known model, it is noticeable that round, smooth implants were used during surgery. This type of implant leads to a significant gap between the breasts, causing the implants to spread sideways, plus it creates an unnatural contour of the implant.

For such a physique, I recommend short oval anatomical polyurethane surface implants with dual gel ⭕️

Mastopexy ( #Breastlift ) with anatomical implants. This lady asked for a bigger size.

In this case, I used 290 cc (ml) anatomical implants with an oval short base and Dual-Gel implants with a Poliuretan (Microthane) texture.

I preserved the volume of the fat tissue and gland. The result on the operations table is with a sit position. Also, as you can see, the upper pole is now bigger and more full.

No drainages. Special taping. No pain.
