Buttermilk-cheese-carrot casserole in a multicooker😊🔥

Ingredients:

Kefir 2,5% - 100 ml
Cottage cheese - 300 g
Manna - 75 g
Eggs - 2 pcs
Carrots - 260 g
Vanilla, cinnamon
Any sweetener

Preparation:

▫️Pour the semolina with kefir, mix well and leave to swell for 30 minutes.

▫️After this time in a separate container to prepare the dough. Beat the chicken egg with sweetener.

▫️After adding cottage cheese and swollen semolina.

▫️Grate carrots on a fine grater. Add to the dough, all knead well until homogeneous.

▫️The dough is placed in a bowl of a multicooker. Cook in "Baking" mode for 45 minutes, cooking temperature 140 degrees.


🫔 Egg roll with salmon 🫔

Ingredients:

2 eggs
Cottage cheese up to 0,1% 100 g
Lightly salted salmon 50 g
Dill 10 g

Preparation:

GREEN PANCAKES💚🥞💚

☘️ Ingredients:

▫️ egg 3 pcs;
▫️ milk 350 ml;
▫️ flour 100 g
▫️ salt;
▫️ spinach 80 g

🌱 Stuffing:

▫️ whey cream cheese;
▫️ dip;
▫️ trout

🔔 Preparation:

▫️ Beat eggs, add milk whisk, add salt, flour and spinach. (Before adding the spinach, it should be chopped with a blender).
▫️Fry the pancakes on both sides. ◽️Mix the cheese with the dill. Cut trout into slices.
▫️ Spread the cheese and dill on the pancake, put the fish slices on top and roll them up.


Banana-Mandarin Smoothie

Ingredients:

✅ 1/2 banana

✅ 1 tangerine

✅ 350 ml of kefir

Pour half of our kefir (150 ml) into a glass, top with a banana grinded in a blender and stir. Then gently pour the rest of the kefir (150 ml) and the mandarin puree on top.

Ingredients:

250 g cabbage
150 g carrots
50 g onions
1 egg
50 g semolina
Salt, pepper to taste

Preparation:

1. In a blender beat the carrot, onion and egg.
2. Shred the cabbage finely. You can also chop it with a blender. Add salt, pepper and semolina.
3. Make cutlets and cook on a dry pan on both sides. The meatballs can also be cooked under a lid on a low heat.

Chicken cutlets

Ingredients:

chicken filet 300 g
egg
carrot 100 g
onion 50 g
cheese 50 g
tomato 150 g
salt, pepper, garlic

Preparation:

🔹Minced meat from filet and thigh. 🔹Add onion, egg, grated carrot, spices.
🔹Further we form 6 cutlets and we put them in a form, a tomato on top and cheese on top.

Bake at 190 degrees for about 25 minutes.


Delicious breakfast in 5 minutes

Ingredients:

- 1 egg
- 30 g rice flour
- 70 g cottage cheese (0.2% in grains)
- 25 g cheese
- 25 g smoked/cooked chicken breast / ham
- dill, parsley
- salt
- 40 g milk

Preparation:

Mix everything except the cheese. Cut the cheese thinly. Spread half of the mixture, cheese and the second half of the mixture in the heated pan. Bake on 2 sides.

Oatmeal quiche with apples

Per 100 gr: 154 calories

Ingredients:

-Oatmeal 200 g;
-eggs 3 pcs;
-kefir 150 g;
-apples 3-4 pcs;
-leavening agent 5 g;
-vanillin 1 g;
-sweetener to taste.

Prepare:

1. Mix the eggs with kefir.
2. Add ground oatmeal, baking powder, vanilla, sweetener and mix well.
3. Add the apples, mix again and put into the form.
4. Bake for 35-45 minutes at 180 g.
Let cool completely before serving.

Fats in the diet

A common mistake made by my clients is to believe that all fats are bad for them.

Why isn't that true?
Fats play a part in the secretion of hormones, improve the condition of the skin and prevent cardiovascular diseases.

Ideally, the proportion of fats in your diet should be 20-30% of your daily calorie intake.

The most useful sources of fats are: small fish, walnuts, legumes and seaweed.

I haven’t met a person yet who has been able to give up fats completely and stay healthy. Treat everything without fanaticism!


Cheese paste

Ingredients:
3 tablespoons cottage cheese 5%.
3 tbsp. finely chopped greens (dill, parsley, celery, coriander, etc.);
1 hard-boiled egg;
2 tablespoons natural unsweetened yogurt or kefir for dressing.

Preparation:
Stir together the cottage cheese and greens; add the egg, cut into small pieces. Add yogurt or greens and mix until smooth.


🟢 Rolls with iceberg lettuce and chicken fillet.

INGREDIENTS:
chicken fillet - 150 gr
1 cucumber - 50 gr
0% cottage cheese - 150 g
natural yogurt - 100 g
Aisberg salad leaves - 200 gr
salt, spices - to taste

Cooking
Boil breast filet, cool it and cut into strips.
Cut cucumber in strips too.
🔸Cut the salad into separate leaves.
🔸Add yogurt to the cottage cheese, season with salt and spices.
🔸Smear this mixture on the lettuce sheets, place the cucumber strips and chicken fillet and roll everything up.
🔸 Let stand in the fridge for half an hour and cut into portions.


🥗 Young cabbage soup

Ingredients:
0,5 a bale of young cabbage
200 g of oyster mushrooms
1 onion
4 potatoes
2 tomatoes
1 carrot
2 bay leaves
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
Salt, black pepper, fresh herbs

Preparation:
Peel potatoes, cut into cubes. Cut tomatoes into thin slices, oyster mushrooms - in slices. Peel onion and carrot. Onions slice into half rings, grate carrots on a coarse grater. Fry the vegetables for 6 minutes in a pan with 2 tbsp. heated oil. Add the tomatoes and cook, stirring, for 5 minutes more. Pour 2 liters of water into a pot, add potatoes, bring to the boil and simmer for 6 minutes. Finely chop the cabbage and put together with the bay leaf into the pot. Boil it for 5 more minutes. Heat oil in a pan and fry mushrooms in it. Put them into soup, salt and pepper it, and boil for 5 minutes. When serving, pour the cabbage soup onto plates, sprinkle with dill and parsley.

Potatoes with spices and cheese in a pan

Ingredients:

Small potatoes - 1 kg
Chopped parsley - 1-2 pinches
Green
onions - 3 sprigs
Garlic - 2 cloves
Red pepper - 1 tsp.
Black pepper - 1/2 tsp.
Cracked pepper - 1/2 tsp.
Salt
Butter - 1 tbsp.
Olive oil - 1 tbsp.
Grated cheddar cheese (amount is to your liking)


🍰 Smethennik Pie

📖 Ingredients:

- Cookies - 250 g.
- Butter - 125 g.

Filling:

- Cottage cheese - 500 g.
- Sour cream - 150 gr.
- Sugar - 150 gr.
- Vanilla sugar - to taste
- Eggs - 3 pcs.

🧑🏻🍳 Preparation:

1. Chop the cookies into crumbs, melt the butter and add to the cookies. Stir thoroughly, pour into a mold, forming the bottom and sides.
2. Put into the oven for 10-15 minutes at 180 C, let the base set, beat the curd until smooth, add the sugar, vanilla sugar, sour cream, eggs and mix.
3. Pour the filling onto the base and remove air bubbles with a skewer, place the tin in the oven with a container of water on the bottom of the oven and bake for 80 minutes at 160 C.
4. Take out the cake and let it cool completely, decorate it as you wish.


BLUEBERRY-CHOCOLATE CAKE

Ingredients
:

Biscuit:
3 eggs
100g sugar
80g flour
15g starch
2 tsp of baking powder
30g cocoa powder
75 g vegetable oil
60 grams of hot milk

Blueberry cream-mousse:
10 g gelatin by force of 180-200 blooms
180g blueberry puree (you can use other berry or fruit purees)
310g white chocolate
350g cream 33%

Preparation:

1. Bisquick: Break the eggs into whites and yolks.
Beat the egg yolks with 1/2 the sugar. Add the sifted cocoa. Whisk. Add boiling milk and immediately whisk until smooth. Combine flour, starch, and baking powder and add to the mixture. Add the vegetable oil. Mix with a mixer. Whisk the egg whites with the sugar, gradually adding the sugar when the whites become frothy. Beat until stiff. Add the whites in batches to the chocolate mixture, stirring gently with a spatula or with a mixer on stir mode. Bake in two 14 cm tins at 160 degrees C for 40 minutes.
Cut each cake into 2 pieces and cut off the top.


"Lazy" Legs

Ingredients:
1 package of chicken shanks,
2 carrots,
2 onions,
1 can of canned corn,
1 cup (200 ml) of rice (we have Jasmine variety),
500 ml boiling water or broth,
salt,
paprika pepper,
spices to taste,
cooking oil.

Preparation:
1. Drain the corn from the liquid. Peel and finely chop the onion. Peel and grate carrots.
2 Fry the onion and carrot in a pan. Add the washed rice and corn to the pan and stir to soak in the oil.
3. 3. Pour the mixture into a mold. Pour two cups of boiling water or hot broth.
4. Rub chicken with salt, pepper and paprika on all sides. Cover with foil and put it in the oven.
5. Bake for an hour at 200 ° C. Serve garnished with fresh herbs.

🥧 Cheese kramble with black currants

Ingredients:
- cottage cheese - 200 g.
- egg - 1 pc.
- sugar -
50 gr.
- currants (frozen) - 200 gr
- flour - 100 gr.
- butter - 50 gr.
- sugar - 50 gr.

Preparation:
1. In the bowl of a blender put cottage cheese, egg and sugar (to taste), puree until homogeneous.

2 Put the cottage cheese mass in the form. On a layer of cottage cheese evenly spread frozen berries (do not defrost).
3. In the bowl of a blender pour the flour, sugar and put chopped cold butter, mix until crumbly. Sprinkle the crumb evenly over the kramble. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 200°C.
