[Important Announcement] CoinEx to Cease Operations and Begin an Orderly Wind-Down
Dear CoinEx Users,
CoinEx has decided to cease exchange operations and begin an orderly wind-down starting September 15, 2026.
CoinEx maintains an asset reserve ratio of over 100%, and all user assets are fully backed. Withdrawals will remain available until December 22, 2026 (UTC+8).

Key Timeline
🔹 September 15（UTC+8）
• New user registration will stop
• Referral commissions and rewards will stop
• Futures will enter Reduce-Only Mode
• No new subscriptions/orders for Fiat, Margin, Loans, Earn, Staking, or Strategic Trading
🔹 September 22（UTC+8）
• All non-spot services will cease
• Crypto deposits will stop, except CET deposits, which remain available until September 29
🔹 September 29（UTC+8）
• All spot trading will cease
• Remaining CET will be repurchased at 0.005 USDT per CET
• CSC and OneSwap will cease operations
🔹 December 22（UTC+8）
• Withdrawal services will close
• CoinEx Exchange will cease operations
Please withdraw your assets as early as possible and avoid waiting until the final deadline.
Users must withdraw USDT before December 22, 2026. After this date, unwithdrawn USDT will be transferred to independent custody, and a monthly custody fee of 5% of the original balance will apply. Custody claims can be submitted via support@coinex.com until August 22（UTC+8）, 2028.
CoinEx Wallet and CoinEx Vault are not affected and will continue operating normally.
