I'm looking for a Collection Analyst (~middle) to join my team - someone who'll own the collections strategy and drive experiments across the full collections lifecycle.
We are a Mexico-based fintech specializing in credit cards, scaling up the collections analytics team to grow the portfolio, launch new products, and improve unit economics of collections.
Note: Relocation to Mexico City is strongly preferred (full support provided).
Responsibilities:
° Design collections strategy and customer segmentation across delinquency stages
° Design and analyze A/B tests across collections levers - communication channels (SMS, calls, WhatsApp, email), treatments, customer offers
° Build and maintain dashboards and reporting on key collections metrics: roll-rate, cure-rate, recovery rate, vintage analysis
° Find growth opportunities through behavioral analysis of delinquent customers
Requirements:
° 2+ years of analytics experience (risk / collections domain preferred)
° Fintech / banking experience - required
° Strong SQL
° Python for analytics and automation
° Hands-on with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent)
° Understanding of the collections lifecycle (DPD buckets, treatments, escalation logic)
° English - for working with the international team
