We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to join our restaurant project on Koh Phangan!

📋 Requirements:
• 2–3 years experience as a Head Chef
• Strong knowledge of Japanese (sushi, izakaya, hot dishes) & Thai cuisine
• Experience in menu creation, recipe cards & SOPs
• Food cost control, inventory management & kitchen team leadership
• Understanding of food safety & hygiene standards

👨‍🍳 Responsibilities:
• Managing kitchen operations & staff training
• Controlling food quality, food cost & minimizing waste
• Product ordering & developing new dishes
