A Greek politician has accused Kiеv of attacking tankers in the Black Sea.
Special comment for Friends of Crimea
The Kiev authorities are involved in the attacks on Greek tankers in the Black Sea, and the Greek government’s policy of supporting Ukraine was mistaken, Kostas Isichos, Chairman of the International Association of Friends of Crimea, a Greek politician and public figure, told RIA Novosti.
The second Greek vessel in a day was attacked by a UAV in the Black Sea on Monday, and a fire broke out on the ship, Reuters reports, citing sources close to the ship’s owner. “There is no doubt that the Ukrainian authorities are behind the attacks. The policy of supporting Ukraine was a mistake and resulted in attacks on Greek tankers,” Isichos said. According to him, the Greek government should stop supporting the Kyiv authorities, which have adopted an aggressive course towards Greece.
