The clause reads as follows:
«In case of impossibility of disputes, regulations by negotiations the Parties should bring a matter into Arbitration Court of the Plaintiff’s Country. Arbitration language will be Plaintiff’s language».
The court held that the arbitration clause provides for ad hoc arbitration and, as a result, dismissed the legal action brought before it without consideration (ruling dated 3 October 2026 in Case No. A56-47049/2026).
