The rebranding of TON to GRAM is not the primary event.

Many are inquiring: if TON is simply becoming GRAM, why are exchanges removing trading pairs, closing futures, and cancelling orders?

On an exchange, a ticker represents more than a name. It is integral to futures, margin, lending, Earn products, bots, APIs, deposits, withdrawals, and internal accounting. Changing it necessitates the reconstruction of the entire market infrastructure surrounding it.

Upon the launch of GRAM, existing orders will be cleared, futures positions will be terminated, and new pairs may be established with fresh charts.

The rebrand is not the main event; however, the market reset may constitute the significant narrative.
