Accounting team leader (Sousse, Tunisia)

✔ Responsibilities:
1. Contribute with your knowledge to the overall efficient operation of the financial department
2. Support the head of finance with various reporting and requests
3. Supervising and assisting the accounting team with the daily accounting tasks
4. Ensuring a smooth and accurate monthly closing of the books and reviewing bank and gl monthly reconciliations
5. Supervising treasury operations and preparing cash forecasts
✔ Requirements:
1. University degree in Accounting
2. four years’ previous experience in similar positions
3. Strong accounting and analytical background and sound knowledge in local tax laws and regulations
4. Excellent skills in Microsoft Office tools and in accounting systems, particularly SAP
5. Tourism experience is an asset but not essential
6. Proven interpersonal and leadership skills
7. Forward thinking by challenging the status quo and identifying opportunities for improvement
8. Result oriented with a can-do attitude and a high sense of responsibility
9. Exceptional organizational skills and ability to work in a multinational and fast-paced environment
10. Fluency, verbal and written, in English and French mandatory. Any Arabic language advantageous
11. Valid work permit for the country or Tunisian citizenship
