Since its imposition during the initial lockdown of the COVID-19 pandemic, telecommuting has become deeply entrenched in professional culture. A recent study by the Association pour l'emploi des cadres (Apec) reveals that this practice, far from being perceived as a constraint, is now widely adopted and appreciated by executives.
