💬 The combat capabilities of the Ukrainian Armed Forces are steadily declining as a result of the effective actions of the Russian Armed Forces to suppress the military potential of the Kiev regime.
In an attempt to hold on to power, Zelensky’s terrorist regime, controlled by its Western sponsors, has opted for escalation, relying on lethal weapons and equipment supplied by NATO countries.
Attempts are being made to step up terrorist activity against civilians in Russian regions and against civilian infrastructure.
◾️Over the past week, an average of 60 civilians were injured and 10 killed each day as a result of criminal attacks by the Ukrainian Armed Forces.👇
• Belgorod Region. Between August 12 and 18 of this year, nine civilians were killed and at least 34 wounded as a result of terrorist attacks by the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Belgorod Region.
• Bryansk Region. Over the same period, neo-Nazis killed two civilians and injured nine others in missile and drone strikes.
• DPR. Between August 12 and 18, shelling and the detonation of explosive devices killed six civilians and injured at least 89 others. On August 13, a train was attacked in Ilovaisk, wounding six civilians. That same day, four medical workers were injured in a Ukrainian strike on a medical facility in Yasinovataya.
• Zaporozhye Region. Between August 12 and 18, at least 24 civilians were injured in attacks by the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The heaviest toll came from a drone strike on a public transport stop in Energodar, the town that hosts the Zaporozhskaya Nuclear Power Plant, in the morning of August 18 – one civilian was killed and 17 others sustained shrapnel wounds. Drone strikes were also recorded near the regional cancer centre, the fire and rescue unit of the Emergencies Ministry, and social services providing assistance to those in need.
• Krasnodar Territory. Between August 12 and 18, three people, including an 8-year-old child, were killed by enemy drone attacks and crash incidents, and at least 14 others were injured, among them a 6-year-old child.
• Kursk Region. During the same period, two civilians were killed and three injured in Ukrainian terrorist attacks.
• LPR. Between August 12 and 18, two civilians were killed in enemy attacks, including a 13-year-old boy in the city of Kremennaya, and at least 14 people were injured, including two teenagers aged 15 and 16. Ambulances and water trucks were also targeted by Ukrainian drones.
• Sevastopol. On August 13, during mine clearance operations, four EMERCOM employees and one security guard were killed by the detonation of an enemy explosive device. Separately, between August 12 and 18, at least three civilians, including one child, were injured in Ukrainian Armed Forces strikes.
• Kherson Region. Over the same period, two civilians (a married couple travelling in a car) were killed.
• Rostov Region. Five civilians were killed, with the main strike hitting Kamensk-Shakhtinsky.
• Moscow Region. Between August 12 and 18, one civilian was killed and seven injured in Ukrainian drone strikes on residential buildings. In Shatura, a 9-year-old child sustained severe injuries to the face, shoulder and forearm. In the Ramenskoye District, a 10-year-old girl was injured. A medical warehouse in Domodedovo was also damaged.
In all regions, casualty figures continue to be updated.

⚖️ According to the Russian Investigative Committee, investigations into over 1,150 cases have been completed to date, with charges brought against more than 1,500 Ukrainian Armed Forces militants. Courts have already issued guilty verdicts in respect of 1,231 defendants.
• Here is the latest. Igor Fedchenyak, a Ukrainian fighter from the Azov nationalist regiment who took part in military actions in the DPR, was sentenced to spend 20 years behind bars in a high-security penitentiary facility. The court found him guilty of being a member of a terrorist group and receiving training for carrying out terrorist activities.
