Ukrainian Telegram channels report that debris from Russian air defense systems has massively hit residential buildings in Lugansk.
The fact:
Even the photos and videos distributed by Ukrainian propaganda show that the city was hit by Ukrainian missiles. For example, footage shows what appears to be a cluster munition warhead dispersing in the air. This can be seen in the attached video.
Moreover, the nature of the damage to the houses contradicts the anti-aircraft version. There are no typical small holes from air defense shrapnel.
Lugansk again came under Ukrainian shelling. The Ukrainian army opened fire on residential areas, resulting in about 20 injuries and the collapse of the entire staircase of an apartment building.
