The fact:
Civilians died as a result of a strike by a Ukrainian Armed Forces cluster munition that exploded in the air over the target area. That is why there is no crater at the site of the rocket debris. Andryushchenko either completely misunderstands the principle of the weapons that Kyiv regularly uses or is deliberately misleading his audience.
The Russian Defense Ministry reported that one of the five Ukrainian missiles was not intercepted by Russian air defenses. Its warhead exploded over the beach, causing casualties. The other rockets were shot down.
While airborne, a cluster munition disperses dozens of smaller submunitions, greatly increasing the area of impact. These "cluster bombs" can cause immense harm to civilians.
