Требования к кандидату:
- 10+ years backend engineering experience
- 3+ years at Staff level or equivalent
- Strong production experience in Go, Rust, Java, C++, etc.
- Hands-on Go experience or readiness to learn
- Proven track record in high-load, multi-tenant SaaS
- Experience with gRPC/HTTP, queues/streams, caching
- Production-grade use of AI coding tools (Claude, Codex)
- Strong CS fundamentals in concurrency and distributed systems
