K Ying WongFrom Hong Kong, based in Paris since 2018. A communication design graduate of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, she develops liminal cinema as both a form and a philosophy. Her work explores threshold states between places, times, and identities, where points of reference blur and reconfigure. Her films include Par Istanbul (2024), reflecting on the political transformations of her home city, and C’est pas la France (2025), a documentary about French squatters moving to Brussels, selected for the Prospective Cinema category of the 35th Côté Court festival.
2)
Vasileios KapetaneasBorn and raised on Paros, Greece, a crossroads of cultures and movement, Vasileios Kapetaneas is a visual artist working across photography, film, and installation. His practice explores memory, grief, absence, and intimacy. He is based between Greece and the Netherlands, having also lived in Sweden for a short time.
3)
Maxim EvstropovBorn in Novokuznetsk, Siberia, based in Cologne, Germany. Artist, philosopher, musician, and founder of the party of the dead, an art activist affinity group that mimics a political party, politicizes death, and criticizes state necropolitics. In 2022, he was accused in Russia of “insulting the feelings of believers” and arrested in absentia.
