By renting a username/number, you agree to the following terms. Breaking TOS will cause your item to be revoked without refund.
NO "SECOND CHANCES" GIVEN. - Do not use the username/number to attempt to scam.
- Do not impersonate any other profile, or make false claims about sites/projects/channels/groups you own or are part of. Do not pretend to be a middleman or guarantor.
- Do not discuss, partake in deals regarding, or participate in chats related to fraud, impersonation, draining, harm, terrorism, targs, doxxing, lookups, phishing, carding, cracking, swaps, logs, porn, drugs, etc. This includes for legal purposes.
- Do not attempt to, pretend to, or joke about selling anything from us.
- Don't lie about ownership of the asset or how long you rented for.
- If you delete the account with an asset, or get it frozen, banned or scam tagged, this is potentially harmful to the asset. We are under no obligation to replace it or move it to a new account - your rental ends. The asset is eligible to be rented by someone else if you delete/remove/ban/scam tag the associated account. You must be careful to protect the asset, do not ban/delete/scam tag it. On the rare circumstance that we approve it, a fee applies to move the username or reassign the number.
- We have no obligation to troubleshoot if you manage to delete your account or get logged out. Create multiple login sessions on your +888 number.
- We can refuse any request about a number or username if not made from the original account that bought it, or if the chat was cleared.
- Transferring an asset to a new account/channel or a new +888 code costs $5 once we approve it.
- Unless you purchased directly from
@Rent , we won't solve any issues.
- Don't timewaste or spam owners of
@Rent or your asset may be revoked without refund. We are not obligated to assist anyone who has spammed us. Send one message & wait.
- We reserve the right to revoke the username/number and refund your remaining time at any point.
- Claiming that you were “joking", proxying, or anything of that nature when you have broken TOS will not be tolerated.
- Do NOT use any username/number for ANY illegal activity — this includes but is not limited to violations of US or UK law or your local country or jurisdiction. This includes mentioning such activities or joining groups or channels associated with them.
@Rent and its owners will not be held liable.
- Make sure to extend your +888 rental, or change your number, before the end of your rental to prevent force-removal or deletion of your account. Setting 2fa gives you a 7 day warning before deletion. It is YOUR responsibility to remove the number or contact us and extend before the rental ends.
@Rent is not obligated to let you access an unpaid rental as this is not part of the initial agreement - once the number expires it is not your property.
@Rent have no obligation to provide login codes for expired rentals - you will be denied or required to pay.
