📨 Американский производитель аудиотехники Monster Products подал в Комиссию по ценным бумагам и биржам США (SEC) заявку на проведение ICO, чтобы привлечь $300 млн инвестиций. Средства, полученные в течение года в ходе размещения 300 млн токенов Monster Money (MMNY Token) планируется направить на построение онлайн-магазина Monster Money Network. Вместе с тем компания выпустит 75 млн обыкновенных акций, на которые можно будет обменять токены (4 токена – одна акция), если новая сеть не будет запущена.

📨 The American manufacturer of audio equipment Monster Products filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) an application for ICO to attract $ 300 million of investment. Funds received during the year during the placement of 300 million Monster Money tokens (MMNY Token) are planned to be spent on building an online store Monster Money Network.
