- 2-3+ years of FMCG sales experience
- Strong distributor and customer management skills
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Fluent English is essential
- Active driver's license
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and grow sales through distributors and key customers
• Build and execute commercial plans and budgets
• Identify market opportunities and optimize route-to-market strategies
• Work closely with Trade Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, and Supply teams
• Drive category growth across Stationery, Lighters, Shavers, and other BIC product lines
