Job Title: AI Automations Engineer (AI Agents)
Company: Eventum.ai
Role: Full-time (Initial trial period: 2 months, ~20 hrs/week)
Location: 100% Remote
Rate: $55-$85 USD / HR (Depending on Experience)
OVERVIEW:
Eventum is hiring an AI Automations Engineer to help us design, build, and deploy agentic AI workflows for go-to-market teams. We’re looking for someone who has already shipped GTM (Go-To-Market) automations in production, knows the common patterns, and can get working systems live in weeks, not quarters. This role is ideal for someone who has built real AI agents and automations across sales, support, RevOps, and customer-facing workflows (not just prototypes, internal demos, or side projects).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Over 8 weeks, you'll design, build, and deploy agents and automations across:
• Lead enrichment, scoring, and routing — agents that take raw inbound and outbound leads and turn them into qualified, routed pipeline
• Outbound / SDR automation — research and personalization agents that scale outbound without scaling headcount
• Support deflection and ticket triage — agents that resolve or correctly route Freshdesk tickets
You’ll work across tools and platforms such as Salesforce, Freshdesk, MS365 / Copilot, n8n, Zapier, LLM APIs, and related workflow automation stacks.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• You've built and shipped GTM agentic automations at growth-stage companies (not just enterprise pilots, not just side projects)
• You're fluent in LLM APIs, RAG, prompt engineering, and evaluation
• You're comfortable in Salesforce, a workflow platform like n8n or Zapier, and at least one of Freshdesk / MS365 / Copilot Studio
• Strong Python; full-stack enough to build, integrate, and deploy without hand-offs
• You have hands on experience with LLM evaluations
• You actively use Claude Code (or similar) to accelerate API integrations, workflow automation, debugging, and deployment
• You optimize for working in production over theoretically-optimal
Email jobs@eventum.ai:
Send your resume plus a paragraph describing a specific example of a (Go-To-Market) GTM automation you shipped — what it did, what it replaced, and the measurable business impact (revenue, hours saved, cost reduced, conversion lift)
