Level - 1
I’m finally back, guys.
I can honestly say that I’ve leveled up — and right now, I’m at level 1.
Why did this happen?
First of all, I went through a major shift in my mindset. I think completely differently now compared to before.
About a year ago, I was in a very deep depression. I didn’t want to live, didn’t want to wake up, didn’t want to eat, didn’t want to work — nothing. The situation was so bad that I considered seeing a psychologist. By the way, I think it’s absolutely okay to visit a psychologist if you need help. In my case, I managed to get out of that depression on my own.
I forced myself to believe that my life was actually good. I started focusing only on the positive aspects of my life. Slowly, day by day, my mental state began to improve. The year was still difficult — I sometimes fell back into depressive states — but it happened less often and didn’t last as long.
I tried many different methods to improve my mindset, and I’ll be sharing them with you in future posts.
Right now, I believe I’m in the best mental state I’ve ever been in. From the outside, my life might still look far from perfect, but real change always starts in the mind.
That’s why I’m currently at level 1.
From now on, I’ll be posting daily updates. You can expect posts here every day — about how my day went, what’s new, and how I deal with problems.
There will also be streams, though I’m not sure about the schedule yet.
I’ll be uploading one Short video every other day and one longer YouTube video once a week.
I really hope I won’t disappear again and will keep creating content while getting better every single day.
Most of my content will be focused on self-development, but there will also be entertainment from time to time.
Thank you for being with me.
