Day 4
Hello again! Today all my tasks were completed, though it’s a bit sad that because of my current job, there’s very little time left for things that are truly important. On top of that, energy isn’t infinite either, and usually after work I don’t really feel like doing anything. But I have to push myself, otherwise there’s no way out of this hamster wheel.
Today I want to talk about my daily routine. For me, the ideal schedule is going to bed at 10:00–11:00 PM and waking up at 6:00–7:00 AM. But right now it’s completely messed up: I always go to bed after midnight and wake up at random times. If I don’t have to go anywhere, I can sleep for 10–12 hours, which is terrible. On top of that, I can also take naps during the day. I actually love sleeping, but sometimes it feels like I’m using it to escape reality, just like I used to with drugs. Until the end of this year, I’m not going to set strict rules for my schedule, because it’ll get broken anyway during New Year’s. But after the New Year, I’ll definitely work on it and start monitoring sleep quality as well. Something like that.
The checklist is the same as yesterday — everything is done, moving forward.
I’ll try to reply to everyone in the comments when there are questions.
Good night!
