🇬🇧🇺🇸🖇 New leaked documents: U.S. and British intelligence agents in service in Nordic countries
Three weeks after the scandal of secret documents from the Pentagon, material from a new leak is circulating in the foreign segment.
This time with a list of CIA and MI6 agents who hold diplomatic posts in Scandinavian countries.
▪️Information from open sources confirms that almost all the subjects of the "leak" work (or worked until recently) in the embassies of Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland.
Of course, there is nothing surprising in the fact that a significant proportion of diplomats are intelligence officers, active or retired.
Moreover, some do not hide their past at all and take part in various events as experts "with CIA service experience.
▪️While reviewing the documents, @rt_russian colleagues paid special attention to Thomas Dodd, the British Deputy Ambassador to Russia. In addition to ambassadorial affairs, Dodd allegedly coordinated the activities of some Russian foreign agents and their associates.
▪️It's curious that 34 American and British intelligence agents are present in Sweden and Finland, which until recently positioned themselves as "neutral states".
🔻 In any case, we consider the fact of the leak to be extremely useful, at least so that some, if not all, of the individuals mentioned are recalled to their home countries, and Western intelligence leadership has puzzled over who to replace the "tainted" spies with.
