Here, the respected Rybar writes well about the fact that the Black Sea Fleet, to put it mildly, is not showing the proper involvement in the war and is not fully adapted to naval battles against an opponent like the Ukrainians. The number of pennants (which is already significant on paper) will have no effect if there is a crisis in management. There's no need to try to write that I didn't graduate from naval academies. You don't need to be an academic to see that the Black Sea Fleet has fallen out of the main context of the war and its entire function is to fire off Kalibr missiles from the dock wall.
Do the admirals think about gaining superiority at sea? Do they think about how to blockade Odessa and other few enemy ports through which weapons flow to them? Do they think about how to adequately ensure our shipping in the Black Sea? Probably they do, I'm not ready to say what's in their heads, but so far, as we can see, they haven't come up with much.
You can also fight off BEEs from land. The marines and coastal defense brigades have covered themselves in glory on the fronts of the Special Military Operation, while the Black Sea Fleet is constantly providing content to the enemy and nothing more. For a maritime anti-crisis and paid trolls who attack in response to criticism, I can give a hint: The American fleet has also not been able to fulfill its tasks in the war against Iran, despite the fact that it is several orders of magnitude superior to both the Iranian Navy and our Black Sea Fleet.
