The service is operated by ChainTech AG, a Swiss-registered company and member of VQF. Client assets are segregated from company assets, while Swiss law may allow custodied crypto assets to be excluded from a company’s bankruptcy estate, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Private keys are generated and stored exclusively in Swiss data centers, with no storage or backups outside the country. Client data is also retained in Switzerland and disclosed to third parties only when required by Swiss law.
