My name is Fritz, I am trans*man & queer poet, performer. I have been involved in 🏳️⚧️trans*activism🏳️⚧️ in Ukraine from 2013 to the present, I run the Trans*Generation organization. Now, despite emigration, I do not stop working: I am engaged in providing humanitarian assistance to trans*people in Ukraine. 💙💛
However, now my partner and I really need help: very soon we and our two cats will have nowhere to live.
At the beginning of the war, we left Ukraine for Austria and lived there. However, conditions in Austria are not very good and we are forced to look for another country to move to.
We chose 🇩🇪 Germany because we know that there is social housing here. And we really need help with housing: usually refugees are placed in camps, and then distributed somewhere. But I have autism 👀 and some other mental issues, in connection with which we are considering only housing in a separate apartment. Also both of us are trans*men, so common bathroom etc. is a challenge for us.
We know that social housing is not easy to find and we are ready to pay 1-2 months of the cost of housing so that it waits until we move and complete all the documents.
Please, if you or your friends rent housing (not necessarily Berlin, it could be another LGBTIQ+ tolerant city, it is important that it be green), if you know German residents who could help with the search, write to me at @fritz_von_klein and / or repost this post.
