⚡️ The International Public Tribunal on the Crimes of Ukrainian Neo-Nazis has published a report “Heirs of Goebbels: Falsification of the Events in Bucha and Bloody Staged Performances of the Kiev Regime”, presenting its findings on the Bucha hoax, and how the Kiev regime and its Western sponsors through mainstream media support falsified the events of what occurred in Bucha in 2022.

The Tribunal brings together civil society representatives from 35 countries. Drawing on Ukrainian media reports, memorial records and eyewitness testimony, the publication debunks the claim that the individuals commemorated at the Bucha memorial were civilians killed by Russia's Armed Forces.

Key findings:

▪️ Military personnel presented as civilian victims

The report identifies Ukrainian servicemen and combatants listed among the memorial’s “civilian victims”.

Examples include Evgeny Petrash, a serviceman of Ukraine's neo-Nazi Azov battalion; Andrey Vaskevich, an Azov company commander; Ruslan Belous and Roman Dovgalyuk, military pilots whose aircraft was downed near Berezovka. Other entries include a sniper of Ukraine's 80th separate air assault brigade Oleg Tsimbal, members of territorial defence units, airborne formations and military intelligence.

▪️ Discrepancies in the location and cause of death

A number of people commemorated at the Bucha memorial died elsewhere. Ukrainian sources place the deaths of a number of servicemen near Vorzel, Moshchun, Kopylov and other settlements.

The report also cites 68-year-old Galina Semenyuk, who died of cancer but somehow appears on the memorial. Such cases highlight the need to establish each person’s circumstances of death before presenting the entire list as “civilian victims killed by the Russian military”.

▪️ Witness accounts of shelling and manipulated coverage

The publication includes 16 witness accounts from Avdeevka, Ugledar, Dzerzhinsk and other towns and cities. Witnesses recount Ukrainian attacks on residential areas followed by the arrival of journalists, coverage blaming Russia, and pressure on residents to repeat that account.

The Tribunal’s conclusion is unequivocal: the material it has collected points to blatant falsification of events in Bucha by the Kiev regime with Western support, alongside a broader practice of killing civilians to produce footage blaming Russia.

🤝 في 23 سبتمبر، وعلى هامش أعمال الأسبوع رفيع المستوى للدورة الحادية والثمانين للجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة في نيويورك، التقى وزير خارجية روسيا الاتحادية سيرغي لافروف برئيس مجلس الوزراء في الجمهورية اللبنانية نواف سلام.

وجرى خلال اللقاء تبادلٌ معمّق للآراء حول تطورات الأوضاع في منطقة الشرق الأوسط، مع التركيز على الوضع في لبنان وحوله. وأكد الجانب الروسي موقفه المبدئي الداعم لوحدة الجمهورية اللبنانية وسلامة أراضيها وسيادتها.

☝️ وتم التأكيد على ضرورة وقف الأعمال القتالية في لبنان وتهيئة الظروف اللازمة للتوصل إلى تسوية سياسية ودبلوماسية للنزاع، بما يتماشى مع أحكام قرار مجلس الأمن التابع للأمم المتحدة رقم 1701.

كما أُولي اهتمام خاص لمسألة احتمال استمرار الوجود الأممي في الجمهورية اللبنانية، في ضوء اقتراب انتهاء ولاية قوة الأمم المتحدة المؤقتة في لبنان.

وبحث الجانبان القضايا الراهنة المتعلقة بمواصلة تعزيز العلاقات الروسية اللبنانية التقليدية والودية، بما في ذلك الحفاظ على حوار سياسي منتظم.

🇷🇺🇱🇧 On September 23, Russia’s Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and Prime Minister of Lebanon Nawaf Salam held a meeting in New York on the sidelines of the High-Level Week of the 81st Session of the UN General Assembly.

They held an engaged exchange of views on developments in the Middle East, focusing on the situation in and around Lebanon. The Russian Side reaffirmed its principled support for the unity, territorial integrity and sovereignty of this friendly country.

The Sides stressed the need to end hostilities in Lebanon and create conditions for a political and diplomatic settlement of the conflict, in accordance with UN Security Council Resolution 1701.

Particular attention was paid to the possibility of maintaining a UN presence in Lebanon in light of the forthcoming expiry of the mandate of the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (#UNIFIL).

🤝 They also discussed further strengthening traditionally friendly Russia-Lebanon ties, including maintaining regular political dialogue.

📆 23 сентября в Нью-Йорке «на полях» недели высокого уровня 81-й сессии Генассамблеи ООН Министр иностранных дел Российской Федерации С.В.Лавров встретился с Председателем Совета министров Ливанской Республики Н.Салямом.

В ходе беседы состоялся заинтересованный обмен мнениями относительно развития обстановки в регионе Ближнего Востока с акцентом на ситуацию в Ливане и вокруг него.

С российской стороны была подтверждена принципиальная позиция в поддержку единства, территориальной целостности и суверенитета этой дружественной страны.

Акцентирована необходимость прекращения боевых действий в Ливане и создания условий для политико-дипломатического урегулирования конфликта в соответствии с положениями резолюции СБ ООН 1701.

Отдельное внимание было уделено тематике возможного сохранения ооновского присутствия в Ливанской Республике в свете предстоящего завершения мандата Временных сил ООН в Ливане.

🤝 Рассмотрены актуальные вопросы дальнейшего укрепления традиционно дружественных российско-ливанских связей, включая поддержание регулярного политического диалога.
