🏦 Bitcoin Miners Spend $5.1B on AI Infra, Earn $341M

Nine publicly listed Bitcoin mining companies invested $5.11 billion in capital infrastructure during the first half of 2026 while generating just $341.2 million in AI and high-performance computing revenue — a roughly 15-to-1 spending-to-revenue ratio, according to data from BlocksBridge Consulting.

₿ Trump Eyes Large Bitcoin Accumulation, Needs Congress to Fund It

President Trump stated on Aug. 20 that the US is considering accumulating significant amounts of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. His 2025 executive order already directs Treasury to explore expanding federal crypto holdings, but no existing public authority provides Treasury with a funded program for multibillion-dollar open-market purchases. Any large-scale acquisition would require Congressional approval to unlock the necessary funding.

₿ Bitcoin Hits $69,500 as Treasury Doubles Bond Buybacks

Bitcoin surged to $69,500 and briefly touched near $69,000 in New York trading after the U.S. Treasury announced it would raise the maximum size of its long-dated bond buyback operations from $2 billion to at least $4 billion, covering 10-to-20-year and 20-to-30-year securities.

Ether jumped ~10%, Solana climbed, and total crypto market cap rose 5.1%. The move triggered roughly $1.7 billion in liquidations, with short positions accounting for 91% of the total. Crypto-linked equities also rallied, with Strategy and Bitmine each gaining around 10%.

I'd like to verify that claim with a trade that's large enough to matter.

Order Type: Market Order

Comparison Platform: A leading tokenized stock platform that also offers Microsoft exposure (using the same market conditions and trading session where possible).

What I'd like to verify:

1. Execution price relative to the underlying MSFT market.

2. Slippage from expected execution.

3. Time to complete the order.

4. Whether the order fills as a single execution or across multiple price levels.

5. How closely the execution tracks the underlying stock price during the trade.

Liquidity isn't just about displaying a tight spread for small trades. It proves itself when larger orders can be executed efficiently with minimal market impact.
